Andersen Corporation Welcomes Jeremy Behler as CFO
Andersen Corporation, renowned as America’s most trusted brand in windows and doors, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Behler as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This strategic transition comes as current CFO Phil Donaldson prepares to retire after an impressive 25-year tenure with the company.
Jeremy Behler steps into this pivotal role following a successful career at Sargento Foods, a family-owned billion-dollar food enterprise, where he has held multiple positions related to strategy and finance over an 11-year period, culminating in his role as CFO. His extensive experience also includes 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where he honed his skills in finance, business management, and strategic operations.

As CFO, Behler will oversee Andersen’s finance division, which comprises accounting, tax, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions, affirming his strategic importance within the company. He will also join the Andersen Corporation Executive Committee, collaborating closely with other leaders in the organization to pave the future path of the company.
The transition is also marked by gratitude towards Phil Donaldson, whose leadership and commitment during his time have significantly shaped Andersen’s success. Behler’s commitment extends beyond the corporate sphere, demonstrating active involvement in community initiatives. He currently serves as a board member for several nonprofit organizations, including the Salvation Army of Sheboygan County and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).
