From Vision to Action: How CIIE Fuels Global Development

The China International Import Expo (CIIE) stands as a testament to the potential of global collaboration, particularly during turbulent times characterized by rising uncertainties and anti-globalization sentiments. Since 2018, dōTERRA has collaborated with the Guizhou region through the CIIE, utilizing innovative methods to enhance the value of traditional Chinese plants while significantly boosting local farmers' incomes. On May 22, Chongqing hosted a business matchmaking event, attracting nearly 40 exhibitors and over 110 local buyers, laying a strong foundation for closer collaboration leading up to the CIIE. This year, the exhibition area has expanded to cover more than 280,000 square meters, with an optimized design focusing on innovation, advanced technologies, and cutting-edge services.

Looking ahead, the upcoming China-Central Asia Summit is set to further promote exchanges and cooperation. Countries from Central Asia, regular participants in the CIIE, have been strengthening their ties with China through this significant platform. For instance, at the seventh CIIE, Kazakh companies participated at an unprecedented scale, showcasing a broader range of high-quality products to the Chinese market. The eighth CIIE promises to draw an even wider array of exhibitors, professional buyers, and visitors from various sectors.
