- - 4 bars Ghana Pink Chocolate (about 180g) - chopped
- - 12g unsalted butter
- - Toppings: Appropriate amounts of banana chips, freeze-dried strawberries (whole and flakes), dried cranberries, and dried blueberries.
Instructions
1. Line your trays with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chopped Ghana Pink Chocolate using a water bath, stirring gently with a spatula. Once melted, mix in the butter until smooth.

4. Chill the trays in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set. (Note: setting times vary based on refrigerator temperature.)
5. Once completely firm, remove from the trays and cut into desired sizes. Store in the refrigerator.
