Building Stronger Communities Through Connections
The fund promotes community development through citizen-led initiatives. The grant is open to all groups operating within the prefecture, regardless of size or legal status. Each group can receive a maximum of 300,000 yen, with a total grant budget of 3 million yen set for the fiscal year 2025.
The projects submitted for funding will be evaluated by the fund's management committee. They will ensure that the proposals align with the vision and philosophy of Palsystem Chiba, selecting suitable organizations for financial support.
A Legacy of Support: Nearly 70 Million Yen Funded
Launched in 2001, the Palsystem Chiba NPO Grant Fund has a long history of supporting community initiatives, with a staggering total of 68,909,158 yen granted to 299 organizations over 24 years. Through this funding, diverse associations have been able to establish connections with individuals from various backgrounds, working together to solve local challenges. The activities of these groups are frequently highlighted in publications aimed at users, helping to build understanding and empathy around each initiative.
As economic disparities widen due to prolonged inflation and the increasing awareness of SDGs, more individuals with distinct circumstances are gaining visibility.
