Fleetrite® has made a significant update to its customer service offerings by introducing a new standard warranty of 18 months on all its branded parts. Starting from April 1, 2025, anyone purchasing Fleetrite parts at various locations—such as International® dealerships, IC Bus® dealerships, as well as Love's and Speedco Travel Stops—will benefit from the extended warranty. This upgrade not only showcases Fleetrite's dedication to delivering superior products but also reinforces its focus on customer support across all transactions. The parts covered under this warranty include a wide range of items — from essential brakes and filters to batteries and shock absorbers, reflecting Fleetrite's comprehensive product portfolio of over 60 unique offerings.

The warranty covers parts that have failed due to defects in material and workmanship and will be replaced at any authorized dealer location without any additional cost. If a part was installed by an authorized dealer, both the replacement part and installation labor are included. However, if the part was installed by an unauthorized location, the warranty will only cover the replacement part. This policy is designed to ensure that customers receive effective support and assistance wherever they are.
In addition to the new warranty, Fleetrite is also launching its Fleet Charge® program, which promises a 2% credit back on purchases of Fleetrite parts. This incentive, available from April 1 to December 31, 2025, is targeted at select customers. Eligible purchases can be made through various channels including RepairLink, International or IC Bus dealers, and participating Love's or Speedco Travel Stops. This initiative creates an added value for customers, allowing them to reinvest their savings back into their businesses.
