The renowned tango singer and actress, Anna Saeki, is set to dazzle audiences once again with her performance in the Symphony Reading Drama titled "Beethoven: Symphony of the Soul". Following the successful debut this past April and May, the production returns after being well-received, adding new cast members for this extended run. The performances will take place at the Tokyo International Forum Hall C from July 3rd to July 6th, 2025, with further shows scheduled in Nagoya at Misono-za from July 12th to 13th.

In this unique theatrical experience, Anna Saeki will portray Maria, Beethoven's mother, adorned with a stunning wig courtesy of Fontaine, a fashion wig brand renowned for its high-quality products. The wig chosen for Saeki features a rich orange-brown base complemented by vibrant orange-gold accents, enhancing Saeki's portrayal with a touch of elegance and grandeur.

For over a decade, the Japanese company Adrance has been dedicated to supporting women in the entertainment industry through its hair and wig initiatives. Their partnership with Saeki began in 2010, allowing her to utilize Adrance wigs in various performances, including concerts, stage productions, dramas, and even public radio appearances. Wigs provide an incredible opportunity to transform into the person I want to portray, extending beyond just the stage to my everyday clothing. The production is thoughtfully crafted to honor Beethoven, the music prodigy often called the 'sacred musician'. Despite facing significant struggles, including profound hearing loss, Beethoven persisted to create magnificent works like his Ninth Symphony, inspiring generations with his music. Celebrating the 200th anniversary of this timeless symphony, the drama will showcase alternating performances by talented actors, paired with piano, orchestra, and vocal performances by various artists, including the Grand Philharmonic Orchestra of Tokyo.
