Katie comes to Full Sail Partners with nearly 15 years of marketing experience, of which eight years have been dedicated to supporting architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms. Throughout her career, she has led content strategy and spearheaded integrated campaigns, transforming complex technical offerings into clear, compelling narratives that drive substantial business outcomes. With first-hand experience utilizing Deltek systems and collaborating with both technical and creative teams, Katie approaches positioning, messaging, and sales enablement from a practical, results-focused perspective. She is keenly focused on helping teams communicate value clearly while assisting clients at every stage of their journey.

Her contribution to the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) reflects her commitment to professional development; she currently serves as President-Elect of SMPS North Texas and is slated to take over as Chapter President in 2027. Beyond her roles, she also serves on the SMPS SRC Programming Committee and has actively participated in the SMPS North Texas Mentor/Protégé Program for three years, promoting growth within the AEC marketing community.
