The 9th Food Exhibition and Business Meeting in Ota

On October 10th, 2025, the 9th Food Exhibition and Business Meeting will take place in Ota, Tokyo, at the PiO PARK venue. This event will showcase the passion and unique products from 21 local small and medium-sized food businesses in Ota City. Visitors can expect a diverse selection of processed foods, traditional and Western sweets, seasonings, beverages, and much more, making it an excellent B2B networking opportunity.

The exhibition will feature numerous exhibitors displaying their attractive products, providing attendees the chance to engage in direct business discussions. Companies from various sectors such as department stores, supermarkets, specialty stores, food wholesalers, hotels, welfare facilities, event organizers, dining establishments, and gift shops are encouraged to attend.

• - Entry Fee: Free admission (please bring two business cards)

Upon arrival, attendees will be greeted with complimentary drinks while supplies last. Additionally, the first 100 visitors who complete an onsite survey will receive a special dressing sauce, backed by renowned food wholesaler, Gomi Shoten.

Exhibition Format

The exhibition will allow visitors the flexibility to explore the booths at their leisure and conduct discussions with exhibitors of interest. Furthermore, for those who desire a more structured interaction, individual meetings can be arranged with pre-registered exhibitors. It’s advised to register in advance, as accommodating last-minute requests may not be possible.

This event is hosted by the Ota City Industrial Promotion Association and supported by local financial institutions including Kawasaki Shinkin Bank, Kyoritsu Shinkin Bank, Sawayaka Shinkin Bank, Shiba Shinkin Bank, and Jonan Shinkin Bank.

For those eager to participate, prior registration for attendance and individual meetings is encouraged, although walk-ins are also welcome on the day of the event.
