When a call comes in, the system will automatically play a message:
'> Thank you for your call. For safety reasons, we will verify the caller's information and record the call. Please refrain from making sales or solicitation calls.’

Users can easily toggle this feature on or off through their customer page, allowing for a seamless experience tailored to their needs. They can select either a sample voice or customize their own message from text.

Performance Evaluation


According to internal research conducted by Granton, the effectiveness of the Pre-Call Guidance feature was evaluated based on a month-long observation of calls received before and after its implementation. The results were telling: the total number of nuisance calls dropped from 44 to 25, representing a remarkable 56.8% reduction.

These figures underscore the feature's ability to significantly minimize spam calls, creating a more conducive environment for businesses to handle important communications.

Note: Nuisance calls include telemarketing, solicitation, scams, and prank calls. The advice regarding recordings anticipates potential recording situations. Call recording options are available separately for an additional 4,000 yen/month.
