Additionally, Huawei invests more than 500 million euros annually in research and development specifically for its services sector, holding over 3,073 service-related patents.

Solutions for Digital Transformation Challenges

As digital transformation continues to gain traction in the European market, Huawei's Service Expert, Hank Stokbroekx, noted the necessity of adapting to this new technological landscape for the long-term sustainability of businesses. He stated, "Digital transformation is essential for the longevity of companies, and Huawei, alongside its partners, offers expertise and capabilities necessary for efficient and beneficial transitions." Case Studies of Success

Enhanced Partner and Customer Engagement through O3 Platform

A focal point of the event was the O3 platform (Online, Open and Orchestration), a knowledge-sharing initiative designed to enhance partner and customer engagement. An Italian partner demonstrated their collaboration with Huawei in developing the initial version of O3, incorporating valuable feedback into its final iteration. The platform facilitates idea exchanges, knowledge sharing, expert interactions, and support ticket management, significantly boosting partners' efficiency in customer service delivery.

Contributions from worldwide partners and customers have made O3 a reputable repository of resources. It empowers users to leverage experiences from various global projects, thereby mitigating costly mistakes and enhancing operational efficiency. Customers can utilize O3 to optimize their OM engineers' effectiveness and tailor their projects to evolving conditions, with smart search functionalities simplifying information retrieval from the extensive materials available.

The event concluded with the official launch of the O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform, recognizing the five most active O3 users with the O3 Friendly User Awards.
