During her tenure, Hill was fundamental in propelling a 10.9% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue and a remarkable 20.2% CAGR in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) from 2021 to 2024.
