BIZCORE Iidabashi: A New Frontier in Office Space

On July 31, 2025, the latest addition to the BIZCORE series of mid-sized high-grade office buildings, BIZCORE Iidabashi, was completed by Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. Located in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, this innovative structure embodies a commitment to supporting diverse work styles and sustainable practices.

Concept and Design

The conceptual framework for BIZCORE Iidabashi centers around fostering a variety of working methods. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall equipped with a “Touchdown Space” for visitors, along with lounges and work booths designated for tenants. A highlight of the lounge is an unmanned convenience store offering health-conscious food and beverages to promote worker wellness.

Additionally, the building includes a rooftop garden, a hallmark of the BIZCORE series, further equipped with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets, enhancing its commitment to supporting various working styles in communal areas.

In line with sustainability goals, BIZCORE Iidabashi is the second in the series to earn the
