- - 14:00 - 14:40: What Changes with the New Disaster Management Agency? A session with Takayuki Seto, Deputy Minister of Cabinet Office, discussing the government's efforts towards improved disaster response in Japan.
- - 15:00 - 15:40: Update on the Noto Peninsula One Year Seven Months After the Earthquake: Featuring Rie Kawashima from OPEN JAPAN, who will provide insights on the recovery efforts.
- - 16:00 - 16:40: Lessons Learned from the Great East Japan Earthquake by renowned photographer Bruce Osborn, who has documented the disaster's repercussions.
- - 17:00 - 17:40: Closing Session where student members will declare personal disaster prevention actions to be taken moving forward.
Additionally, the first 100 attendees will receive a unique disaster prevention sacoche designed in collaboration with artists featured at the upcoming 'BuzzyFes 2025', a popular music festival occurring the day after.

For those who cannot attend in person, the event will be streamed live on YouTube, allowing people from afar to participate in this important conversation and activity. Some sessions will not be broadcast, so attendees are encouraged to join live if possible.
