Enhancing Comfort with CREVIA's COCOCHI-UP Initiative

Itochu Urban Development, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, is proud to introduce a new initiative called 'COCOCHI-UP' aimed at enhancing the comfort of their new condominiums under the CREVIA brand. This initiative focuses on three core elements: light, air, and sound, which are pivotal in creating a pleasant living environment for residents.

Background of the Comfort Space Series

Since 2007, the CREVIA brand has been committed to providing homes that prioritize comfort while emphasizing unique value creation. In a world where lifestyles and work styles are rapidly diversifying, the company recognizes the need to reassess what residents seek in their living spaces and how best to meet those needs. The goal is to continue embodying their distinctiveness and creativity while producing homes that resonate with customer expectations. By focusing on delivering high-value living spaces that are genuinely delightful, the company aims to enhance the comfort and well-being of its residents.

To simplify how this commitment to creating comfortable living spaces is communicated, Itochu Urban Development has organized a lineup tailored to achieving a comfortable lifestyle. This has led to the establishment of the comfort space series 'COCOCHI-UP.'

What is COCOCHI-UP?

COCOCHI-UP encompasses a range of initiatives aimed at improving comfort in residences by maximally enhancing the three elements of light, air, and sound. By merging existing measures and specifications that have previously been implemented for comfort enhancement with a variety of new initiatives, CREVIA plans to create innovative living environments that appeal to all five senses. The company is committed to pursuing comfortable spaces that resonate with its customers and intends to expand this lineup continuously.

Examples of Comfort Spaces

Some examples of the comfort spaces include the 'Sleep and Relaxation Room' featuring sound-absorbing ceiling materials combined with adjustable lighting and wooden walls. Additionally, there will be 'Hobby and Library Spaces' that combine soundproof ceiling materials with sound-blocking walls and doors. These innovations reflect a comprehensive approach to creating living environments that prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of residents.

CREVIA's current offerings include the aforementioned comfort ceiling materials implemented in projects such as 'CREVIA Shinkawasaki,' 'CREVIA Nerima Residence,' and 'CREVIA Suginami Nishihon'.

Overall, the COCOCHI-UP initiative marks a significant step in redefining residential comfort, ensuring that residents do not just feel comforted but experience it in their daily lives. With this project, Itochu Urban Development is committed to fostering enriching environments that cater to the evolving needs of modern living.

Future Plans

As the company moves forward, it plans to continue expanding the lineup under the COCOCHI-UP initiative. The commitment to integrating innovative comfort solutions within the homes will remain at the forefront of their approach, standing testament to their dedication to quality living.

Note: COCOCHI-UP is currently in the process of trademark registration by Itochu Urban Development.
