Thesis Gold Kicks Off 2025 Exploration at Lawyers-Ranch Project

Thesis Gold Engages in 2025 Exploration Initiative

Thesis Gold Inc. is excited to announce the mobilization of crews for the 2025 exploration season at its fully owned Lawyers-Ranch Project, situated in British Columbia's fruitful Toodoggone Mining District. This marks a significant step in advancing towards a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), targeted for completion by the end of 2025. The upcoming exploration season is set to lay vital groundwork that will benefit future engineering studies, with a geological focus aimed at gaining insight into the extensive potential of the project.

Key Features of the 2025 Program

The exploration program encompasses over 10,000 meters of drilling activity, which will be divided between resource expansion and testing previously undrilled prospects within the Ranch area. Notable highlights include follow-up drilling at the Ring zone—a newly discovered site unveiled in late 2024—and additional drilling to expand resource estimates at the Bingo and Steve zones. The technical team anticipates substantial opportunities for growth, leveraging geological, geochemical, and geophysical anomalies that suggest the presence of untapped near-surface epithermal-style mineralization, as well as deeper porphyry potential.

Simcoe Geoscience has been engaged to conduct a 3D induced polarization (IP) survey, providing critical data that will inform drilling targets later in the season. Additionally, field crews are expected to commence work on satellite claim blocks, including the North and East claims, building on the preliminary successful mapping and prospecting from 2024.

For the engineering aspect, 5,000 meters of multipurpose geotechnical drilling will be performed to gather preliminary data, facilitating a smoother transition from the 2025 PFS to further engineering evaluations in the following year. This drilling will focus on determining the structural integrity of rock within the designated mining areas, which is essential for establishing project design criteria, including pit slopes and underground mine geotechnology. Metallurgical studies will continue at both the Ranch and Lawyers sites to optimize processing strategies based on rock characteristics.

Environmental Studies and Progress

Thesis Gold is committed to maintaining robust environmental standards. The two-year baseline data collection required at Lawyers has been completed, alongside ongoing monitoring activities. The Ranch site is nearing the end of its baseline data collection, which is crucial for understanding the project’s aquatic, terrestrial, geochemical, and weather conditions.

Dr. Ewan Webster, President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm for launching this year’s exploration efforts: "We are thrilled to begin the 2025 exploration season at our Lawyers-Ranch Project. Building on our previous successes, this year's comprehensive geological, engineering, and environmental initiatives are strategically designed to reduce project risks while creating value. We have over 15,000 meters of drilling planned to expand existing resources and explore promising new targets. Our dedication to concurrent engineering and environmental baseline work will ensure we meet all necessary requirements and advance the environmental assessment process."

With an impressive array of over 20 undrilled gold showings, the Lawyers-Ranch Project presents remarkable exploration opportunities. The team will focus on anomalies already identified within the Ranch area, while also leveraging a detailed geochemical and geophysical dataset that points to a promising corridor between key areas like Ring, Steve, Mandusa, and Golden Furlong.

Looking Forward

Additionally, Dr. Evan Orovan, Chief Geologist, stated, "I am eager to engage with the Lawyers-Ranch Project this summer and connect our winter desktop research with practical geological analysis in the field. Drawing upon my global experience in porphyry-epithermal systems, I anticipate significant insights from this season’s exploration initiatives and new Ranch targets."

The company’s ongoing commitment to de-risking the Lawyers-Ranch Project is noteworthy, with the forthcoming PFS aiming to build on the strong preliminary outcomes revealed in a recent assessment, highlighting the project's lucrative potential. In light of the robust economics showcased, including a 35.2% after-tax IRR and C$1.28 billion NPV at a 5% discount rate, the summer season is set not only for exploration but also for gathering vital data to reinforce future engineering studies planned immediately after the PFS.

Environmental baseline studies remain integral to understanding site-specific conditions before project development can take place. These rigorously collected data, covering air, water, soil, and biological resources over two years, will empower future modeling and support the anticipated environmental assessment process expected to launch in the latter half of 2025. The close of this summer will see biologists finalizing baseline data at Ranch, while monitoring efforts continue across both Ranch and Lawyers.

Conclusion

With its strategic exploration program and environmental commitment, Thesis Gold Inc. is determined to elevate the Lawyers-Ranch Project as a major player in the global precious metals market. As the company embarks on this ambitious journey throughout the promising 2025 season, the goal remains clear: to explore, develop, and deliver a project that promises long-term success and sustainability in the mining industry.
