This significant milestone signifies the commencement of large-scale delivery of their state-of-the-art T800 humanoid robots, with a production capability that can reach up to 10,000 units.
A Glimpse of the New Manufacturing Facility
Spanning approximately 12,000 square meters, the Shenzhen site is equipped with a closed-loop manufacturing process that integrates all production stages—from raw material inspection and component assembly testing to final assembly, end-line testing, mass shipping, and post-sales support. This optimized setup boasts the impressive capability of releasing a new humanoid robot every 15 minutes.
Mr. Zhao Tongyang, founder and CEO of EngineAI, remarks, “Starting from our first test machine in 2024 and the small-scale production of PM01 units in 2025, with our current leap to a capacity of 10,000 units, we are entering a new phase of industrialization and commercialization.” He emphasizes that their quality-oriented, efficient, and intelligent production system has accelerated their transition from pilot production to mass manufacturing.
