Katsushi Kondo, the Vice President of AIDAC DESIGN, is a well-regarded figure in the creative industry. Having moved from Nagasaki to Tokyo at the age of 21, Kondo helped found AIDAC DESIGN in 1999. Over the years, the company has evolved significantly, contributing to nearly 100 magazine designs monthly during the height of publication media. Today, the organization boasts around 150 employees and continues to focus on offering integrated creative services that yield tangible results for clients. Kondo also actively manages the magazine “Iolite,” focusing on advanced technologies like Web3, AI, and the Metaverse.
