In addition to the spectacular light displays, the event will feature a traditional food offering ceremony, live performances showcasing Japanese cultural arts, and special night-time guided tours. Event Highlights:



1. Moon Viewing Walk: Explore the gardens at night, illuminated by soft lights. Experience the ambiance of the 'Hama-Goten' as you stroll through special routes created due to ongoing repairs of the 'Otsutaibashi'. This is a unique opportunity to experience the garden under the mystical moonlight. Entry is free with the regular admission fee, and the event will be held every night until November 5, starting at sunset until 9 PM.

2. Traditional Performances: Each evening from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, enjoy multiple performances of traditional Japanese arts, including Noh, Kagura, and instrumental music featuring shakuhachi and shamisen. Two pairs of artists will perform each night, with details shared on the official website and social media.

3. Offering Ceremony: A unique offering ceremony will take place on October 31 from 6 PM to 6:15 PM near the Yokobori area. Traditional food items, including rice dumplings and vegetables, will be offered to the moon, accompanied by live flute music.

4. Special Guided Tours: On November 3, Japanese-speaking guided tours will be available at 5:45 PM and 7:15 PM. An English tour will occur on November 1 at 6:30 PM. Highlights of the garden will be shared during these tours. Registration is required, with a nominal fee for participation.

5. Garden Guides: From November 1 to 3, volunteers will lead tours of the gardens at 11 AM and 2 PM, focusing on the historical significance and beautiful sights throughout the garden.

6. Tea House Specials: At the Nakajima Tea House, visitors can enjoy a special menu of Japanese sweets and tea from 9 AM to 8:30 PM. Reservations are not required, making it a delightful stop for refreshments amidst the beauty of the setting.

7. Cultural Stalls: Throughout the event, stalls will offer light meals, original lanterns, and traditional handcrafted items, providing an immersive cultural experience.
