On November 7, 2025, Harvest, a dynamic culinary and wine-tasting destination in Woodinville, Washington, is ready to welcome its first guests, thanks to the grand opening of Brass Steak & Seafood. This contemporary steakhouse represents a brainchild of renowned Seattle hospitality veterans Christopher Saenz and Kyle Quinn, who also manage the highly praised 2120 located in downtown Seattle. Saenz, who serves as General Manager, describes Brass as a chic modern interpretation of the classic steakhouse. They offer not only premium cuts and fresh local seafood but also a diverse selection of seasonal Northwest ingredients, complemented by a thoughtfully curated global wine list and expertly crafted cocktails. Brass Steak & Seafood will anchor The Yard, the centerpiece of Harvest, a lively venue where various businesses, including restaurants and tasting rooms, will operate seven days a week.
