Artist's Message

In his quest for the beauty of Fuji, Takigawa found himself captivated by the surrounding nature. Throughout his exploration, he was struck by how easily one can discover the deep-rooted faith and historical remnants left by those who sought the mountain's summit in ancient times. His photography captures not just images but evokes the strong feelings of hope and desire that accompanied those who dared to dream of reaching the peak—dreams that resonate even today.

Takigawa aims for visitors to reflect on these narratives and rediscover the breathtaking beauty of Fuji's landscape. He hopes that everyone who visits will leave with a deeper appreciation for not only Fuji itself but also the cultural and natural elements that converge in this location.
