Limited-Time Offering: Grilled Eel and Aburi Tarako Dashi Spaghetti
Starting on July 20, 2026, Fill Table Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Arkland Service Holdings, will unveil an exciting new dish at all Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti locations: the Grilled Eel and Aburi Tarako Dashi Spaghetti.
A Unique Fusion of Flavors
This innovative dish combines perfectly grilled eel with expertly roasted tarako, resulting in a rich and aromatic spaghetti experience. Although the combination may seem unexpected at first, the umami from the eel enhances the savory saltiness of the tarako. Each bite promises a delightful burst of flavors that will leave you craving more.
Upon enjoying half of the dish, pour over the delightful dashi to transform your meal into a luxurious hito-mabushi style spaghetti. The flavors of the eel and sauce meld seamlessly into the dashi, offering a second gastronomic experience that is as comforting as it is flavorful. Don't forget to complement your meal with toppings such as green onions, nori seaweed, myoga ginger, wasabi, and table-perfect red pepper for a truly satisfying finish.
Collaborative Creation with Students
This dish was developed in collaboration with students from the Faculty of Nutrition and Culinary Science at Japan Nutrition University under the guidance of instructor Takako Asao. At Fill Table, we have always focused on creating new value for our customers. The collaboration with students allows us to tap into fresh ideas and insights, enhancing our product offerings in ways that bring joy and satisfaction to our customers.
