Polymatech Electronics Limited Unveils New PCB Facility in Estonia

Polymatech Electronics Limited has made a significant stride in its European expansion with the successful launch of its brand-new printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility located in Estonia. This cutting-edge facility measures approximately 10,000 square feet and houses state-of-the-art machinery designed to produce up to 50,000 square meters of high-density interconnect (HDI) multilayer PCBs each year.

Leveraging advanced European technology, the facility meets the stringent industry standards required by high-end mobile phone manufacturers and several critical sectors, including defense, aerospace, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial electronics, and security. This transformation reflects Polymatech's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer focus in delivering tailored technical solutions for some of the most demanding industries.

Eswara Rao Nandam, the CEO of Polymatech Electronics Limited, emphasized the importance of their products, stating, “Our PCBs manufactured in Europe, which are built upon European expertise and adhere to the highest quality standards, are in high demand for various high-performance applications.” This breakthrough positions Polymatech not merely as a component supplier but as a solutions-oriented provider in the global electronics landscape.

The Estonian facility marks a notable advancement in Polymatech’s business model, signifying a shift from being a component manufacturer to becoming a comprehensive solutions provider. Initiated on November 18, 2024, and operational as of August 8, 2025, the plant underlines the company's dedication to reliability and center-driven innovation to better serve its European clientele.

Allen Nejah, Director of Innovation at Polymatech Electronics Limited, added, “This facility represents a remarkable achievement that reinforces our ability to deliver sophisticated PCB solutions tailored for the technology and defense sectors in Europe.” PCBs serve as the backbone of electronic equipment, enabling Polymatech to transition from merely manufacturing components to producing finished products. This pivotal shift is anticipated to enhance the commercial profile of Polymatech and facilitate quicker product launches.

The facility is designed for advanced high-speed PCBs, sophisticated HDI PCBs, high-frequency boards, and multilayer configurations of up to 48 layers for premium electronics. Urmas Aruoja, the facility’s CEO, revealed, “We can deliver PCBs in as little as 24 hours. Our flexible PCBs are pivotal in smartphones, laptops, smart wearables, and many other products. Our range includes substrate-type PCBs, HDI boards, rigid-flex PCBs, integrated circuit substrates, RF PCBs, and high-density modules for advanced applications.”

The advanced HDI PCBs feature high-density characteristics, including laser microvias, sequential lamination structures, fine lines, and thin, high-performance materials, which facilitate increased functionality per unit area. The sophisticated HDI designs incorporate multiple stacked and filled copper microvias, enabling complex interconnections for high pin count, fine-pitch, and high-speed chips in cutting-edge technological products.
