NSK will introduce its newly developed rotary and linear actuators designed for humanoid robots. These products, along with the lightweight NSK thin-walled ball bearings, enhance robot performance and reduce size. The exhibit will also showcase an innovative bilateral gear, a locking clutch, and non-contact torque sensors, which are integral to robotic tactile feedback systems.

2. Active Castor Solutions: PalGo™ Series

NSK’s unique PalGo™ active castors are engineered for smooth, omnidirectional movement, accommodating different surfaces like carpets and uneven terrains. The booth will feature two variants of the PalGo™ castors:

• - The high-load type, capable of transporting over one ton.
• - The low-floor type, designed for space-saving applications with a height of just 140 mm.

This innovative drive unit exemplifies NSK’s capability to harmonize movements between humans and robots.

3. Demonstration of Service Robots

Two actual service robots will navigate an obstacle course that mimics real-world environments:

• - Outdoor Security Robot: Featuring a newly developed pantograph-style link suspension unit for superior terrain adaptability. This robot has been undergoing practical testing since 2024 in collaboration with Ritsumeikan University, located in Kyoto.
• - Indoor Autonomous Delivery Robot: This robot is built to transport materials safely and smoothly across varying inclines and steps, demonstrating NSK's versatility in robotic solutions.
