WorkWave Welcomes Arjun Ramchandran as Chief Customer Officer

On July 22, 2025, WorkWave®, a prominent provider of software and solutions tailored for mobile service companies, announced the appointment of Arjun Ramchandran as its new Chief Customer Officer. This significant move is set to enhance the company's customer experience initiatives while underlining its commitment to a customer-centered approach.

Arjun Ramchandran steps into this pivotal role with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. His primary responsibilities will include overseeing all global post-sales functions, which encompass professional services, customer support, customer success, and learning and development. His extensive background positions him well to spearhead WorkWave's efforts in improving customer satisfaction and engagement across its core verticals, such as commercial cleaning, security, pest control, and the green industry.

In a statement, Kevin Kemmerer, CEO of WorkWave, expressed confidence in Ramchandran's abilities, noting, “Arjun's proven track record in building and scaling world-class, customer-centric organizations presents a tremendous opportunity to enhance our commitment to customer retention and satisfaction.” He emphasized that WorkWave strives to deliver exceptional, innovative products that address key business challenges faced by their customers. With Ramchandran joining the team, the company anticipates bolstering its customer relationships to ensure enhanced value from their partnerships.

Before joining WorkWave, Ramchandran was the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at ARCOS, a Vista-backed company where he played a crucial role in guiding utility and airline customers toward improved efficiency, speed, and safety in mission-critical operations. This experience, combined with his leadership positions in established firms like Genesys – a leader in customer experience technology – underscores Ramchandran's capability to transform customer service dynamics.

Ramchandran expressed enthusiasm about his new role, stating, “I am honored to be joining WorkWave as Chief Customer Officer. My priority is to get to know our dedicated customers and dive head-first into solving their most pressing challenges by working hand-in-hand with our product, engineering, and support teams.” He is committed to delivering a best-in-class experience that drives improvements in customer satisfaction, engagement, and operations.

His educational credentials further substantiate his expertise; he holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Manipal Institute of Technology. Currently residing in Northern Virginia with his family, he brings a diverse, international perspective to his customer engagement and leadership strategies.
