The #YourIshigaki photo contest seeks to highlight all these aspects, inviting everyone to showcase the island's diverse allure. From picturesque landscapes to vibrant local foods, cultural events, and everyday scenes, every angle of Ishigaki is welcome.

This initiative serves as a tribute to the support received from the local community and guests over the years. By encouraging photography, Chura Cucule aims to foster connection and appreciation between all who cherish the island.

Selected photographs will be featured in an exhibition at Kuramoto Sake & Gallery, showcasing 15 standout submissions. Following this exhibition, the display will continue at Chura Cucule Ishigaki Island for guests and visitors to enjoy. During this time, guests staying at the guesthouse will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite photo, determining the Grand Prize winner.

To enter, participants must follow the official Instagram account of Chura Cucule Ishigaki Island @chura_cucule and post their photos of Ishigaki Island tagged with #YourIshigaki on their Instagram feeds.

Contest Rules

• - Only one entry per person is allowed.
• - Video submissions will not be accepted.
• - All entries must be original works captured by the participant.
• - Please ensure to follow local filming regulations and obtain necessary permissions.

Photographs should highlight personal interpretations of Ishigaki, whether through its landscapes, cuisine, festivals, or daily life.

Awards and Recognition

Grand Prize: One outstanding photograph will be selected for the Grand Prize, with options including:

• - A stay voucher providing ten nights at Chura Cucule Ishigaki Island for one person
• - A couple's stay voucher valid for one night at Sky Cucule Ishigaki Island

Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will receive commemorative merchandise.
