The Pale Sable Fan assortment features five distinct varieties that reflect the essence of summer, expertly crafted using premium ingredients sourced from around the globe. Each biscuit is baked to perfection, ensuring a crisp texture and unique taste experience:

1. Pistachio: This delightful biscuit combines finely selected Italian pistachios and a smooth pistachio paste, resulting in an explosion of nutty flavor and crunch.

The layers are crowned with a refreshing gelée, emphasizing the rich flavors of the chocolate crafted from cocoa beans in the Paris workshop.
