May 23, 2025, this special edition biscuit ensemble will be available at their Tokyo workshop and online boutique. Perfect for summer gifts, these biscuits combine the classic crunch of the beloved Pale Fan series with refreshing seasonal flavors.

Pale Sable Fan assortment features five distinct varieties that reflect the essence of summer, expertly crafted using premium ingredients sourced from around the globe. Each biscuit is baked to perfection, ensuring a crisp texture and unique taste experience:

The layers are crowned with a refreshing gelée, emphasizing the rich flavors of the chocolate crafted from cocoa beans in the Paris workshop.
