This strategic acquisition comes as a result of a collaborative partnership that has been in place since 2025 and represents a major step in the evolution of low-latency AI inference computing for data centers.

Founded with the goal of delivering incredibly low-latency AI inference, d-Matrix has been a trailblazer in developing innovative computing solutions that cater to the growing demands of AI technologies. The acquisition of GigaIO, which specializes in systems engineering and offers profound expertise in rack-scale infrastructure and high-performance connectivity, will deepen d-Matrix's ability to deploy and optimize its end-to-end AI inference systems.
