Tokyo's vibrant Shibuya district, a top destination for inbound tourists, will host the much-anticipated OMOTENASHI Selection pop-up store from April 21 to April 27, 2026. Located on the first floor of the Seibu Shibuya store, this event promises a “shopping experience of discovery,” showcasing the best of Japanese craftsmanship and hospitality.
About the Event
The OMOTENASHI Selection program is dedicated to uncovering and recognizing outstanding Japanese products and services. This year, visitors can explore approximately 260 products from 24 award-winning brands representing 17 prefectures across Japan. The selection includes a diverse range of items: traditional crafts, home decor, cosmetics, fashion, specialty seasonings, and kitchenware, all reflecting Japan's exceptional hospitality spirit.

OMOTENASHI Selection has recognized over 2,000 items and services in its ten-year history. The showcased products include those that have garnered attention from international visitors, alongside traditional crafts and items awarded the prestigious “Gold Prize.” Each product has unique stories woven into its design and functionality, elevating the overall shopping experience.
