By receiving feedback based on their measurements, runners experienced firsthand how to improve their techniques, enabling an objective evaluation of their progression over time. The use of motion capture allowed attendees to see their running forms projected on monitors, alongside their data points, making the insights more accessible.

Participants were coached on specific drills to enhance their forms, focusing on individual challenges such as knee movement, foot lift, and overall stability. After implementing these drills, they underwent a second measurement to compare changes in their running styles, fostering a tangible sense of progress.
