The aim is to blend the high-quality software testing services provided by NeedsWell with Tenda’s Dojo manual solution. By doing so, the two companies strive to create a more efficient and precise quality assurance process ranging from test design to operational testing and user training.

Background and Objectives

NeedsWell delivers a comprehensive one-stop service for test design and management, adhering to the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) standards. In contrast, Tenda offers a solution that automatically captures operational procedures, enabling anyone to generate documents and evidentiary records with uniform quality. By combining their strengths, the collaboration is set to provide significant value to customers in several key areas:

• - Quality Improvement through Automated Evidence Generation: Conducting manual test operations as usual will now automatically generate evidence. This involves capturing images and transferring them to documents like Excel, thereby enhancing accuracy and quality.

• - Cost Reduction via Efficient Report Creation: The easy creation of operational procedures, handover materials, and training documents will facilitate swift project initiation and conclusion, leading to substantial labor savings.

• - Increased Productivity through Error Reproducibility: With screen-captured operation history, the ability to replicate procedures during error occurrences will help rapidly identify issue locations, thus enhancing productivity.

Specific Initiatives in Collaboration

This partnership will leverage the high-quality software testing framework backed by NeedsWell's ISTQB/IVEC certifications alongside Tenda’s automated manual creation tool, Dojo. The focus will be on automating evidence generation during operations and testing phases to optimize the entire testing process and raise quality outcomes.

More specifically, the implementation involves using Dojo within NeedsWell’s operational testing and user training sectors, generating evidence simultaneously with the testing activities.
