This conference not only represents an opportunity for collaboration among stakeholders in urban development but also highlights the importance of adapting policies that resonate with the community's identity. The introduction of local needs into administrative frameworks will be essential for effective planning and sustainable growth.

The successful execution of renovation projects within any city necessitates a synergy between local authorities, community members, and academic experts. Through efforts like the Area Renovation Conference, the MLIT aims to promote a future where urban spaces are revitalized, reflecting the rich culture and unique characteristics of their inhabitants.
