Understanding the Cost of Inefficient Management
According to our analysis, a company with 30 employees could incur costs of up to ¥1,190,000 per month due to inefficient task updates between supervisors and staff. By utilizing 'Suit Up' for effective task management and improving visibility within tasks, companies can significantly reduce this financial burden, especially in the context of small to medium enterprises (SMEs).

A study by Nulabo conducted from October 6 to October 10, 2023, revealed concerning statistics regarding task management practices. The most common methods utilized for individual task management were emails (31.2%) and handwritten notes (30.6%). Meanwhile, only a mere 11.7% of respondents used dedicated task management tools, indicating a widespread reliance on spreadsheets instead. This highlights a critical need for more effective tools and practices in team environments to aid productivity.

Addressing the Challenges Faced by Female Entrepreneurs
For entrepreneurs, daily management involves juggling numerous responsibilities including human resources, finance, customer relations, and public relations. Too many still rely on outdated methods such as spreadsheets, which can lead to disorganization and oversight. The 'Suit Up' tool aims to facilitate better information sharing and process management within and outside teams, thereby improving quality control and deadline adherence.

Future Plans for 'Suit Up'
Our future campaigns will continue to cater to SMEs by integrating advanced features into 'Suit Up' — to allow effortless task management through AI. We believe that efficient task management is the first step in increasing productivity particularly within SMEs and startups.
