As part of a collaborative initiative promoting relocation to Niigata, five municipalities in the region will host an engaging seminar titled "Niigata Mannaka Life! Starting Winter in Niigata" on November 30th. This event will take place in the heart of Tokyo at the Furusato Kaiki Support Center, offering both seasoned individuals and those curious about moving to Niigata a unique opportunity to learn about winter life in this beautiful region.
