Prior to joining World, she held significant leadership roles at Assured Partners, where she served as the Regional Director for Personal Lines and Small Commercial, as well as the Regional Sales Leader for Personal Lines. Her extensive knowledge in these areas positions her uniquely to guide the growth and development of World’s personal lines offerings.

Additionally, Youshock has contributed her leadership skills as the Finance Committee Chair for the Leadership Academy of Nevada, signaling her commitment both to her profession and to the development of future industry leaders.
