What is Tesla Powerwall?
The Powerwall is Tesla's residential energy storage solution. With a storage capacity of 13.5 kWh and continuous output of 5 kW (peak of 7 kW), it is designed to meet the daily energy needs of an average family of four.
The Powerwall works seamlessly with solar power systems, enabling users to store solar-generated electricity during the day and utilize it at night. This allows households to rely entirely on solar energy throughout the day. In the event of a power outage, the Powerwall provides electricity to the entire home, ensuring energy supply continues without disruption. Its robust design withstands harsh environments, ensuring both durability and performance.
The Powerwall is also engineered for versatility, fitting elegantly into tight spaces with its compact design. It can be expanded to accommodate up to 10 units within a singular system, making it suitable for a variety of settings, including standalone homes, multi-family residences, commercial properties, and public facilities. Furthermore, regular over-the-air software updates ensure that users always have access to the latest features.
Benefits of Becoming a Certified Installation Partner
As a certified installation partner, businesses will gain the authorization to sell and install the Powerwall system. This partnership includes marketing support from Tesla's Energy division and the utilization of official branding materials that display the certification logo, thereby enhancing credibility in the market.
