The Faculty of Comprehensive Information Science at the Osaka University of Economics is proud to announce the 23rd annual graduation research and project exhibition, known as 'Nawaten.' This event will take place from February 2 to March 27, 2026, primarily online, with in-person showcases held at the Neyagawa Campus on February 7 and 8. Notably, a special event dubbed the 'Nawaten Grand Prix' will feature an awards ceremony that will be streamed live on YouTube on February 8.

What is 'Nawaten'?


'Nawaten' serves as a comprehensive platform for students to present their final year research and projects, effectively embodying their learning journey at the Faculty of Comprehensive Information Science. This year's exhibition boasts a wide array of presentations including video works, VR/AR, audio pieces, illustrations, 3D modeling, programming, robotics, and academic research, all uniquely reflective of the faculty's focus.

During the event, visitors can explore a dedicated online portal featuring videos and audio introductions to student projects. Interaction opportunities are available through comment sections, allowing audience members to send feedback or questions related to specific projects. Additionally, visitors can search for students and their research topics, creating a collaborative learning environment.

The In-Person Experience


The on-campus exhibition will welcome attendees from February 7 to 8, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM, at the Neyagawa Campus's Convention Hall and Activity Hall.
