Brillia Art Award Wall 2025: A Showcase for Emerging Artists

Brillia Art Award Wall 2025: A Platform for Next-Generation Artists

Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. is excited to announce the upcoming exhibition, Brillia Art Award Wall 2025. As part of the Brillia brand's commitment to the arts, this open-call exhibition will commence accepting submissions from May 27, 2025, until July 22, 2025. The top-selected works will be unveiled at the Brillia Gallery Shinjuku in mid-August 2025.

Since its inception in 2018, the Brillia Art Award has focused on discovering and supporting innovative artists leading the way into the future. In 2024, this initiative expanded to feature two categories for submissions: the Brillia Art Award Wall, focusing on two-dimensional works, and the Brillia Art Award Cube, which highlights three-dimensional artworks.

The primary goal of the Brillia Art Award Wall is to encourage artists while allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the captivating world of art through exhibitions held at the new residential sales hub, Brillia Gallery Shinjuku. Open to artists of all ages, nationalities, and skill levels—both professional and amateur, as well as individuals and groups—this competition aims to foster creativity and inclusivity.

Exhibition Details

Within the framework of the Brillia Art Award Wall, two winners will be selected, each receiving a prize of 200,000 yen and the opportunity to be featured on the ArtSticker digital platform. The winning artwork will be displayed prominently at the entrance of Brillia Gallery Shinjuku for roughly six months each, enriching the environment and showcasing the artists' talents.

Submission Guidelines

Artists are invited to propose ideas for art pieces that will enhance the entrance of Brillia Gallery Shinjuku. The competition focuses exclusively on two-dimensional pieces, including photographs and paintings.

  • - Size Specifications: The maximum dimensions for submissions are 2400mm x 1800mm. Works can consist of a single piece or multiple compositions but must be combined to fit within these dimensions and not exceed a total weight of 30kg. Additionally, submissions should include hanging mechanisms suitable for picture rails.
  • - Material Considerations: Artists are encouraged to use materials that do not emit unpleasant odors, ensuring a pleasant experience for gallery visitors.
