Chef Masato Imamura, the executive chef of THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Kashikojima, reflects on the restaurant's journey over the past decade by stating, "There are countless stories to share, but I hope to convey our gratitude through this anniversary celebration." Since the hotel's inception in 2016, Chef Imamura has passionately led the kitchen, crafting dishes that highlight the best of local ingredients.
For this special occasion, the culinary team came together to curate a unique dinner menu that features signature dishes from the past ten years. The course includes exquisite offerings such as Matsusaka beef, abalone, and Ise lobster, among other favorites that evoked enthusiasm from guests and staff alike. Each dish has been selected to create an unforgettable dining experience, ensuring that visitors are satisfied no matter the season of their stay.
To complement this culinary journey, guests will enjoy a vintage champagne from 2016 to celebrate the hotel’s opening year, paired expertly with a selection of fine wines chosen by the hotel’s sommelier.

Anniversary Stay Package Details
The anniversary dinner experience package will be available from July 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with pricing starting at ¥110,000 per person for double occupancy, inclusive of tax and service charges. The package includes:

It’s important to note that Ise lobster has a fishing ban from May to September; therefore, it will only be available from October until approximately April. During the off-season, abalone will be served instead, engaging guests with seasonal specialties.
