Japan TCS Partners with CrowdStrike for Enhanced Cybersecurity Solutions
On May 28, 2025, Japan Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced an expansion of its partnership with CrowdStrike, introducing a new managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service named
TCS HaVEN EDR (powered by CrowdStrike). This service leverages CrowdStrike's industry-leading Falcon® cybersecurity platform to provide comprehensive protection against cyber threats.
The
TCS HaVEN EDR service includes a one-stop bundle of offerings such as licensing, design, implementation, monitoring, threat detection, analysis, reporting, containment of threats, and ongoing support. This holistic approach allows TCS to support global enterprises with subsidiaries and operations abroad, enhancing protection and visibility under one umbrella. The service is particularly beneficial for clients looking to strengthen security measures at their subsidiaries located in different countries, with a fixed service fee for all users.
This partnership aims to employ CrowdStrike and TCS’s cutting-edge AI-native technologies to reinforce cyber resilience across various industries while promoting innovation focused on domain-specific needs. By utilizing the advanced threat detection capabilities of CrowdStrike alongside TCS's contextual knowledge, the service ensures continuous security monitoring and rapid threat response.
The TCS EDR service also enhances visibility and governance across global environments by enforcing policies that prevent breaches through the functionalities provided by the CrowdStrike Falcon® cybersecurity platform.
Kazuhiro Miyoshi, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Cybersecurity at Japan TCS, expressed enthusiasm about adding this new solution to the already popular TCS HaVEN in Japan. He stated, "In today's environment, where global-scale security visibility and governance are increasingly demanded, it is crucial to provide a simple approach to protecting all areas that need safeguarding. This service, powered by the technology of our global partner CrowdStrike, encompasses everything from cyber hygiene to incident detection and response with a single agent."
Jon Fox, VP of Channel for CrowdStrike in the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions, noted, "By partnering with market leaders like TCS to deliver specialized services based on CrowdStrike’s AI-native Falcon platform, we are helping to position our solutions as the most reliable cybersecurity offerings for preventing security breaches. Our strong global partnership with TCS enables us to provide the advanced cybersecurity technology, specialized knowledge, and operational ease that our customers need to combat sophisticated cyber threats. We are excited to expand this partnership into Japan, which will further strengthen the security posture of companies both domestically and internationally."
With TCS’s Security Operation Center (SOC), which operates 24/7 to detect and analyze security threats, they provide an additional layer of protection to clients.
