Leadership Transition at EO Beyond Japan: A New Era Under Takashi Takahashi
On June 30, 2026, EO Beyond Japan (Entrepreneurs' Organization Beyond Japan) announced its transition of leadership from its inaugural president, Miyanoko Suematsu, to Takashi Takahashi. This momentous change comes with a renewed vision for the next three years of the organization’s activities.
Founded in 2025, EO Beyond Japan has cultivated a vibrant community of entrepreneurs and business leaders, championing the motto, "Creating a future where everyone can challenge themselves and thrive in Japanese society." Under Suematsu's leadership, the organization has fostered an inclusive environment that transcends gender, age, nationality, and industry differences, reflecting its core values of trust and respect.
As the new president, Takashi Takahashi is committed to upholding the cultural foundation laid by his predecessor while steering the community toward its next growth phase as a practical model of diverse leadership in Japan.
Comments from the New and Previous Presidents
Takashi Takahashi (Co-Founder of BrainPad)
Having taken over from Suematsu, who was also a founder of this chapter, I am proud to become the second president of EO Beyond Japan. As an experimental chapter, we aim to ensure gender balance and welcome entrepreneurs from various backgrounds, enabling a collaborative spirit among our members. As we move past the initial stages of establishment, I am excited to see a stable framework emerging. It is my goal, as president, to formalize and enhance this structure, improve operational efficiency, and create optimal growth opportunities for our members as we evolve into our next chapter.
Miyanoko Suematsu
"EO Beyond Japan was born out of the desire to turn differences into strengths. Initially a small community, we have grown significantly through the support and engagement of our members, establishing a unique presence within Japan's EO network. I wholeheartedly anticipate that, under Takahashi's leadership, the culture we have cultivated will further evolve into a safe space for diverse business leaders to take risks and flourish."
