Darren Haley has been chosen as the General Manager, bringing over 15 years of diverse hospitality experience to the role. His career includes stints at prestigious brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Four Seasons, giving him a strong foothold in hotel management. Most recently, he excelled as General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson – Reid Park and prior to that, led operations at Homewood Suites in Tucson's St. Philip's Plaza.

Janet McClanahan, taking on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, comes from a rich background in the hospitality sector, with over 25 years of experience across Southern Arizona. A Tucson native, she has worked for renowned brands including Hilton, Marriott, and other notable properties, demonstrating her expertise in sales and marketing for full-service hotels and resorts. Before joining the Tempo team, McClanahan was the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Focus Hospitality, overseeing several properties including Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites in Tucson.
