The webinar will be led by Tadaaki Yamaguchi, an esteemed HR consultant with a strong background in employee evaluation systems. After graduating from Keio University and obtaining an MBA from IMD in Switzerland, he served as the HR head of multiple foreign-affiliated companies in Japan. Since 2007, he has independently provided consultancy services that include developing evaluation and compensation systems, tackling individual labor issues, executive coaching, and delivering human resources training. His commitment is to deliver high-quality, practical consulting that meets the unique needs of clients.
