The "Japan All AWS Certifications Engineers" program is designed to reward individuals working for AWS Partner Network (APN) member companies. This year's awards come as the technology landscape evolves rapidly, with advanced technologies such as generative AI introducing fresh challenges and new standards in cloud infrastructure. Under these evolving conditions, Katayama's dedication to consistently upgrading his skill set and attaining all 12 AWS certifications has been duly recognized.

In reflecting on his journey, Tohsei Katayama mentioned, "The approximately 14-month period dedicated to acquiring all the requisite qualifications was the most intensive learning period I have experienced.
