Frederick Ellington Joins Partner Engineering
In a significant move for the construction consulting industry, Frederick Ellington, AIA, LEED® AP, has officially joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as the Technical Director of their Construction Services division. This strategic appointment is in response to the increasing demand for expert construction risk management and due diligence among commercial real estate projects.
Frederick brings over 30 years of extensive experience in architecture, construction consulting, project management, and development due diligence. His expertise will enhance Partner's capability to assist lenders, investors, developers, and property owners in effectively managing construction risk while navigating the complexities of real estate ventures.

In his new position, Ellington will focus on conducting construction risk management reviews, which include entitlement analyses, constructability assessments, schedule evaluations, budget reviews, and contract analyses. His broad experience covering various commercial real estate asset types further enhances Partner's advisory capabilities in the construction realm.
Throughout his notable career, Ellington’s involvement spans nearly every aspect of construction consulting. He has been instrumental in providing consulting services for projects worth over $800 million, underscoring his extensive knowledge and proficiency. His previous roles include leading property condition assessments, overseeing construction monitoring programs, and executing life cycle cost analyses for a diverse range of clients.
Before joining Partner, he collaborated with renowned corporations such as ViaSat Corporation and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, along with institutional investors and commercial real estate owners across the country. His notable projects include serving as the Director of Operations for the Regent’s Construction Inspector Program under the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, as well as managing the renovation of Longwood Towers in Boston, Massachusetts.
