Grand Opening of Yakiniku Heijoen at Lazona Kawasaki Plaza Set for August 2026

Yakiniku Heijoen to Open at Lazona Kawasaki Plaza on August 6, 2026

Yakiniku Heijoen, a well-respected restaurant chain specializing in Japanese grilled beef, is set to open a new location at Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, located on the 4th floor of the shopping complex, on August 6, 2026. Headquartered in Adachi, Tokyo, with President Hiroto Tanaka at the helm, Heijoen currently operates 28 restaurants in the Kanto region and will expand this number to 29 with this grand opening.

Since its establishment in 1970, Yakiniku Heijoen has been dedicated to providing high-quality and delicious Wagyu beef. The restaurant sources whole cattle from across the nation, handpicking cuts based on quality and grade, implementing a unique “whole cow purchasing” system that ensures the procurement of over 800 Wagyu cattle annually. By maintaining stable supply relationships with producers and managing every aspect from aging, processing, to distribution in its own factory, Heijoen guarantees customers access to safe, reliable, and consistently high-quality beef. This method allows Heijoen to offer a diverse range of beef cuts, including both popular and rare options, providing customers with an unparalleled dining experience.

At the new Yakiniku Heijoen Lazona Kawasaki Plaza location, guests can anticipate a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the brand's long-standing devotion to quality beef, catering to families, friends dining together, and special occasions alike. When visiting Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, especially given its convenient connection to JR Kawasaki Station, patrons are encouraged to indulge in Heijoen’s exquisite grilled meats.

A Tranquil Dining Experience Amid Natural Elements

The interior design of the new restaurant emphasizes a relaxed and comfortable dining environment, with a focus on warm wooden accents and the signature red color of Heijoen as an accent. The ceiling is adorned with soft curves that enhance the open, airy feel of the space, making it ideal for a variety of dining situations, whether it's a meal with family, a gathering with friends, or marking a special occasion.

Indulge in the Varieties of Wagyu

Guests can look forward to Heijoen's signature offering, the “Shogun” platter, which includes a mix of premium cuts tailored for three to four diners, priced at 13,480 yen (approx. 14,828 yen including tax).
