- - Tsutomu Kudo, CEO of F-Code Co., Ltd.
Tsutomu Kudo began his professional journey at a consulting firm while attending the University of Tokyo. After managing a vertical media company, he founded F-Code in 2006, providing support in digital marketing. The company expanded into SaaS in 2013 and was listed on the Tokyo Growth Market in December 2021. Since then, Tsutomu has executed 16 M&A deals to reinforce its existing business with synergistic solutions.
- - Kunihiko Arai, CEO of Strike Co., Ltd.
Born in 1970 in Chiba Prefecture, Kunihiko graduated from Hitotsubashi University and joined the auditing firm Ohtani Showa. He gained extensive experience in financial due diligence and public offering assistance before establishing Strike Inc. in 1997. The company went public on the Tokyo Mothers in June 2016 and transitioned to the First Section (now the Prime Market) a year later.

Masayuki Murata has worked for 27 years at various stock exchanges since 1991, becoming an executive officer in 2003. He was pivotal in launching the Hercules market and has been responsible for the listing and delisting examinations at Tokyo Stock Exchange. In 2018, he founded PUBLIC GATE to partner with management teams aiming for growth in public markets.
- - Junji Yamada, Manager of Listing Promotion and Corporate Support Group, Nagoya Stock Exchange
In his role, Junji spreads awareness of the unique features of the Nagoya Stock Exchange to IPO-focused companies and stakeholders, motivated by a mission to establish another viable choice within the Japanese securities markets.

Naoto started his career at Future Venture Capital in 2002, becoming its youngest representative president in 2016 and establishing a business model that doesn't rely on IPOs. In 2022, he transitioned to Executive Partner at Strike Co., Ltd.
