With an extensive listing of approximately 10,000 salons and around 680,000 customer reviews, it stands out as one of the largest services in the country as of March 2025, according to EPARK’s internal data. The app aims to support users seeking relaxation and beauty, catering to various needs and preferences.

The implementation of the V Points service means that customers using the app can accumulate points for every reservation made through the app. For every 200 yen spent (excluding tax), users will earn 1 V Point. In addition, if customers choose to pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card at participating salons that accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay), they can earn additional points as part of the payment process.

Accumulated V Points can be redeemed for future bookings on the EPARK Riraku & Esthetic App, where 1 point equals 1 yen. Furthermore, these points are also usable at around 160,000 partner stores as well as approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide. Therefore, the V Points service provides flexibility and added value not only for appointments but also for everyday purchases.
