Escré Kitchen Cup 2025: A Celebration of Culinary Mastery

Escré Kitchen Cup 2025 took place, hosted by Escré Co., Ltd., a company renowned for its wedding planning and operations. This cooking competition, targeted at the company's kitchen staff, aims to enhance culinary skills and the quality of dishes offered. This year's event marks the fourth iteration of this remarkable competition.
With approximately 130 kitchen staff members nationwide, all employees within the culinary department were eligible to participate, regardless of their position or years of service. The competition attracted a diverse array of talent, from young pastry chefs in their early 20s to seasoned chefs with over 40 years of industry experience.
After a stringent selection process, three teams comprising two members each, along with three individual competitors, made it to the finals after triumphing in the preliminary rounds. Each participant showcased their technical skills and creativity, impressing the esteemed judges present.
The panel of judges featured external industry experts, including executive chefs from top hotels and editors from culinary magazines. They were tasked with evaluating each contestant's presentation and dishes through a lens focused on innovation, creativity, culinary quality, and the emotional connection
