Innovative Matching Service 'lotsful' Selected for Tokyo's PR Project for Two Consecutive Years
The part-time talent matching service 'lotsful', operated by Persol Innovation, a subsidiary of the Persol Group based in Minato, Tokyo, has been selected once again to partner with Chuo Ward in an initiative aimed at enhancing public relations for the fiscal year 2024. This initiative, which aligns with the vision of 'Let's work and smile!', marks a significant step in the ward's efforts to leverage part-time talent for improved public communication.
Effective immediately, 'lotsful' has opened applications for this year's part-time talent recruitment on its official website:
lotsful.jp.
Aimed at Creating 'Communicative' Public Relations
Chuo Ward's public relations work involves a diverse array of platforms, including public newsletters, websites, various social media channels, and flyers, as they strive to disseminate information regarding local governance. The rapid growth of social media has significantly increased the volume of information shared across society, leading to the challenge of ensuring that the ward's communications do not get lost in the noise. As such, there is a pressing need to enact more 'communicative' public relations strategies.
To this end, the ward intends to utilize the expertise and extensive experience of part-time workers in fields relating to public relations and advertising. This initiative aims to enhance the public relations capabilities of Chuo Ward staff, fostering a more effective communication approach.
In 2024, 'lotsful' supported the first-ever recruitment of part-time talent in Chuo Ward, enabling professionals with substantial experience in public relations and communications to join government projects. These experts helped develop communication manuals and strategies, actively contributing to the ward's goal of creating more 'communicative' public relations.
Looking ahead to 2025, the initiative plans to evolve further. It will include training programs aimed at staff, conducted by part-time talent, enhancing PR skills and cultivating a public relations mindset within the workforce.
