Experience Spectacular Dining with the New Tokyo Aqua Symphony and Savor Premium Cuisine at Sakura

Enjoy Premium Cuisine with Tokyo’s Newest Attraction

On March 28, 2026, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will unveil a new landmark, the Tokyo Aqua Symphony, which promises to offer a mesmerizing blend of water, light, and sound. In conjunction with this grand opening, the Japanese restaurant "Sakura" is introducing an exclusive charcoal grill pair course available only on the terrace from March 29, 2026. Patrons can enjoy an exquisite meal while being treated to the breathtaking fountain show.

Tokyo Aqua Symphony

The Tokyo Aqua Symphony is a stunning spectacle featuring a 250-meter wide arc of water, symbolizing the cherry blossoms—the official flower of Tokyo. Towering fountains that shoot up to 150 meters will illuminate the night sky, creating a vibrant backdrop for the city’s scenic beauty.

The Dining Experience at Sakura

The terrace dining at Sakura promises a panoramic view of the Tokyo Bay, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Tower. It creates the perfect setting for enjoying their limited lunch and dinner course that serves only six pairs per session. The highlights of this charcoal grill course include freshly prepared ingredients like live spiny lobsters and T-bone steaks. Additionally, there will be a free-flowing beverage package that enhances the experience.

Unique Course Features

1. DIY Charcoal Grilling
The standout feature of this dining experience is the opportunity for guests to grill their own exquisite food. You can enjoy the succulent texture of live spiny lobster, a T-bone steak seasoned simply with salt and pepper, and the flavors of "nodo-guro" (blackthroat seaperch) served as a lightly dried preparation. Seasonal fresh vegetables can be selected from a served platter, making every grill moment personalized.

The use of a hand-crafted nanbu iron grill maximizes the flavor by evenly distributing heat, delivering a delightfully juicy and aromatic grilled meal.

2. Signature Homemade Sauces
To elevate taste, select from three unique homemade sauces:
  • - Smoked Soy Sauce: Infused with cherry wood for a delicate, aromatic enhancement that complements seafood.
  • - Special Hatcho Miso Sauce: A rich blend of beef tendon broth, featuring hatcho miso, pairs perfectly with T-bone steak.
  • - Truffle Salt: Natural salt combined with the essence of truffle, capturing simplicity to highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient.

3. Seasonal Grand Finale
The course concludes with seasonal rice cooked in clay pots and a delicate serving of inaniwa udon, featuring fresh spring seafood like sakura shrimp and clams. To finish, a playful dessert crafted from white bean paste with a sakura essence will delight the senses with mini taiyaki, dumplings, and seasonal fruits for dipping. The fragrant spring notes will linger on as a perfect conclusion.
